Amazing customer service! I wanted to be able to hang my lamp from the ceiling with a cord usable in the US. Not only was this done with no extra charge, he asked how long I wanted the cord, and also included the ceiling piece if I I want to hard wire at some point. Wonderful experience for a beautiful, handmade lamp!
Absolutely lovely lamp, well made and solid. It arrived in a wooden box, hardboard panels supported by wooden dowels, lightweight but still solid and secure. The lamp itself was also wrapped in foam protection, so the efforts to keep the package safe and secure went above and beyond. Incredibly happy with my purchase.
